 2N6040 & 2N6043 Hi to everyone, can anybody give me an idea of what will be the equivalent of 2N6040 & 2N6043 because i have a power amplifier design that requires those devices i mentioned above but the problem was there were no available 2N6040 & 2N6043 in the market. what shall i do? pls help me find an IC that will be a substitute for 2N6040 & 2N6043. tnx michael | |

| 2N6040 & 2N6043 are in active production from Onsemi http://www.onsemi.com both are for sale from Arrow or Mouser http://www.arrow.com http://www.mouser.com any electronics retailer should be able to order them for you close matches are TIP122 & TIP127 | |
