Find a place to buy p and n ch mosfets with body connection - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I am looking for mosfets that have 4 pins where the 4th pin is a body connection. (Drain, Gate, Source, Body/Substrate) I am looking to purchase small quantities on the order of 25-75 of them. I live in the US.

Part numbers I am interested in are the following:

1. BSS83
2. BSD22
3. 3N163 or 3N164
4. SD214DE or SD210DE
5. MIC94050

Any info of any kind would be appreciated. Other part numbers of the like are also invited.
