Don't you have tons in China? Most of them are made there. I only know mostly North American vendors.

Mostly we import the material for silicon chip from other country. So the material for silicon chip is too limited.

Well, China is a huge country, so the OP might not be in a town with a foundry ... but that's what you want to do is ask around and see if you can find a silicon foundry ... they take sand and turn it into refined silicon - perhaps they have a broken or impure scrap they can give you ... but it's not going to be too useful for anything other than a paper weight
