This is an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver pair tht i found in a shop.. But i have no details abt it.

Ask the shop for details. they must have them.

they usualy transmit and receive in the 40 khz range,Radio Spares used to list them.

what about the range of this pair?
40T-40R

In my project , i employed this component but the receiver is not working properly.
Noise is more and not catching the signal transmitted.
Any suggestions? Plz help

Also could you plz suggest a method to check this pair.
