Spice model for CA3130 or CA3140 - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Does anyone know where I can obtain a SPICE model for these ICs?

I have looked at the Intersil site, but I cannot find a SPICE model for these on it. They have data sheets for them but no SPICE models for them, even though they do have models for other ICs in their range.

Any advice will be appreciated
