I wanna share several websites with you.
the first one is www.alldatasheet.com, you can search almost datasheets on it.
the another two are

and http://www.datasheet4u.com/
if you want to select a compent while you only know the use of compent, you can use the description search. if you know the partnumber, you can use the partnumber search.

I think those websites are really usefull.
