looking for MAX6954 - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Hi,

I'm looking for the MAX6954AAX. It is a 8-digit-16-segment LED driver.
Does anybody has an idea how to buy this part outside USA? I'm from Germany and there is no possibility to get this part.
Doeas anyone know a good shop for electronic components inside USA?

I asked digikey, they told me this item is on stock but they have
restrictions not to sell this part out of north america.
So, I think there is no chance to buy this part from europe????
Am I right?
