Default Help with identifying parts for this circuit

Touch Switch Schematics

its the top one from my touch sensitve switch thread

i know IC1:A and IC1:B, two gates from a 4001 CMOS Quad NOR IC

would iIC1:C and IC1 be the other pins from the same chip??

and what is IC2:A-D

i want to make a total of 16 switches and as far as i understand this will be my shopping list

Stuff i am sure about
1 x 4001 CMOS Quad NOR IC
1 x 4700 Resistor (wouth this be a 4.7K?)
33 x 680K resistors
1 x 0.001 Capacitor
17 x 0.005 capicitors
1 x 33k resistor

stuff im not sure about
all the diodes can i just buy some and they will work??
IC1:C and IC1 are these other pins that control IC1:A and IC1:B
IC2 all of them, what is the chip and how many will i need for 16 switches

IC1 consists of 4 gates which are named as A,B,C,D in the circuit
IC2 is the same IC as IC1
The circuit is shown for two Touch Pad switches
so if your ant to connect 16 switches you will have to repeat the circuit consisting of IC2:B and IC2:C near TPS1 16 times (you can see for TPS2 circuit is same as TSP1 so you have to repeat it till TPS16)

For diodes I think a normal diode will be ok.

You prolly could use 1n914 diodes as they are not handling high current and should be easy to get.
As Instruite sayz - the ICs are the same number but just more of them needed.
