In addition, I would like to get information how I can buy genuine electronic circuits straight from the manufacturer.

It might help if you filled your location in?.

But generally these days manufacturers will not supply you with service information or spares, they will only do this to their approved service agents - and not even to long established service departments if they are not approved.

There are some exceptions, but most of the major manufacturers now operate this policy - certainly in the EU.
