If you go and search you'll find not less than 1000 types of analog to digital convertes depending on your needs.
So you have to mention the following parameters in order to get the chip that you are looking for.
1) Conversion Time
2) No of bits
3) Input Voltage Range
4) Type of input: Single ended or differential
5) Operating Voltage : 3V or 5V etc...
