Wanted: L293DD - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Hi, i am looking for a couple of L293DD Motor Driver chips, they are 20pin SOIC packages, market price is about £2 to £3.50. I would be willing to pay £3.50 each, plus £5 for postage and handling.

Anyone go any which they will be willing to part with? I could get em from digikey, or some other places, but the postage kinda blows buying just them out of the water!

I've checked my Farnell catalog: Order code: 323-6079, price under 10pcs=3.50
Anyway in Hungary (Farnell) available: 1420Ft = 3.80

323-6079 is not a SOIC package, its the thro hole DIL one.

I need a SMT one to save on space, also i only need 100mA drivers, 200mA at most, so the heat sinking bonus of the tho hole version is not required.
