J6080 line output tr - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I have a Samsung rear projector tv model SP43W6HPX/XEU , The line o/p
transistor is short circuit and the type number is a bit hard to read,but it
looks like J6080,the package is a bit larger than a BU508af,
Anyone have any info on this device please.

Never heard of it, but it's probably got '2S' missing off the front, which would make it a 2SJ6080 - which would be an FET.
