IC datasheet-- 93-t taiyo or tyco - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

i have this IC from an r/c car that i want to figure out. The car was made by tyco r/c, Dagger, but the IC appears to be made by Taiyo, as well as the whole circuit board. all the IC says it "Taiyo 93-7 615", i searched but found little. anyone know the company or how to get this info. thanks

also the circuit board's number is "taiyo ty-w1215".
