i am trying to make a Fm transmitter .but can't find exact equivalent
of transistor 2n3866.i wonder if anyone give me the equivalent

The 2N3866 is a classic VHF small power transistor, it uses a TO39 case, and is rated at Vce 30V, Ic 400mA, Ptot 5WC, ft 500MHz min.

The 2N3553 can be used in some cases.
