They are not chips, they are transistors - as is common with Japanese transistors you need to add '2S' in front of them to get the complete number - so try googling for 2SC3182N etc.

Thanks.I cant find c3182n and a1265n.i found the other transistor data

They are 140V, 10A, 100W output transistors, presumably for the output stages of an audio amplifier?.
