Sorry for posting a something simple. Would like to ask for help, regarding the replacement of this MOSFET, BSH102.

Mind to suggest a replacement MOSFET for this particular unit? Please? Thanks in advance...Thanks a lot

DEar Devonsc,
Since your MOSFET involves high frequency switching, using almost any MOSFET will do since MOST mosfet switching frequency are rather high. OF course, this also depends on what kind of Vdss, Id and Rds you are looking for. Mind sharing what kind of characteristics you are looking for?
