KT 3170 supplier? - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Can anyone please advise me who would supply an IC DTMF device number KT3170 or is their a direct equivalent to this IC that is more easily obtained? Any help would be very much appreciated.

KT3170 is a Samsung-clone of original MT8870 from MITEL.(today is Zarlink Semiconductors) It's a tone decoder with BCD output.
