Looking for IR photodiode (or phototransistor) - in picture - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Hi ALL, I'm new here.. hope to find some help

I've got this thing in the picture, I think it is InfraRed photodiode. I must get this thing's datasheet!!! It is really important to me (although there are a lot of other IR photodiodes, I need this one datasheet).
