| http://www.inkscape.org/ Although it isn't the easiest to use drawing programs, it does have some handy features. I like the blur function and that you can rip apart and export PDFs. Attached is an example of how I've taken a drawing from a datasheet, blown it up and coloured in the legs and me playing around with the smoothing functions. The one thing I've noticed is that the PDF export isn't as good as printing it with PDF creator and the PDF import function isn't perfect either but it's better than nothing. http://www.st.com/stonline/products/...5304/ua741.pdf

MOD_EDIT: I love this app. Been using it since V0.2 and it keeps getting better and better. Having a decent Vector gfx program is really handy This app and gimp (for post-vector touchup) sorts me out for technical reports (can't be arsed with wordart of Visio anymore) Last edited by kinjalgp; 23rd September 2008 at 09:31 PM. I have it and have liked it when I use it...which is not often. I'm sure if I ever need it it'll be wonderful!
