It seems a caucassian racism is taken not as seriously as against other races so more is gotten away with.

The skit appeals to both racists and non-racists for different reasons. This is genius marketing or, if you think like me and are of the opinion that marketing people are not capable of even coming close to genius, this is a fluke.
