People around the world protest about China’s suppressing human right.
They do all they can to stop the Olympic torch relay. Some even tie them selves to the Golden Gate bridge.
It seems like this is a time of golden opportunity to protest against China.
It definitely sent the message across and caused huge embarrassment to China.
But all theses protests cause huge chaos and violence. The protests actually doing more harm than good. People could get hurt or even kill. Besides, it’s ruining the Olympic spirit.
Isn’t there any other way to protest against China? Can’t we just give it 10 red boxes?

They won't even give a rats behind about anything that is going on around in the rest of the world. There focus is on maintaining their strong interest in keeping the population from falling victim to the outside world.

This weakness will creep in and infect their strong controls on the slave majority. If they allow this weakness it can run rampant and they will no longer appear any different than the rest of the world.

They cannot afford to be thrown back to a time when they had opium dens everywhere the population was manipulated by drugs and materialism. Gangs and power lords will control their country and this force of ignorance and apathy will fuel the wealth of other country's and not their own. To them it's control and survival.

Gee that sounds something like ................. United ............ ? It's a delicate balance dictated by abundance and if that is removed then all begins to slip into anarchy.

To them these monks have opened up their country to the world. They do not want this to happen, but they cannot stop the unstoppable which is the force from within.

This began as an opening up to the people of something refreshing and new. It's I believe to be what we all know as hope. Propaganda will finds it's way in from the outside world and it will be sucked up and swallowed hole by the slave majority ? The only way to stop it is through brute military force. Which is ran by an Iron Hand.

This is a silent resistance and one that is barely seen or noticed creeps in like a mouse or a cockroach.

True, but some don't seem to understand the difference. They only know objective on both sides. They want the population to believe that the old guard is gone and a new one has taken it's place. However, people from within are creating the platform because they want the world to see it clearly. We are only abjected to it's spectical.

The protesters should all STFU.

I bet that they have all bought cheap Chinese goods before - it wouldn't surprise me if some of the clothes they were wearing were made in China or that the fire extinguisher they used was made in China.

I thought one of the reasons the IOC picked Beijing was to put China in the public spotlight?

 

China has always been in the spotlight, with its human rights record, quality of goods, monetary might and influence, and population ( about 28% of global total). It was sportstar Wayne Gretzky that commented about sports and politics ( remember 1980 and 1984 Olympics). It was China that opened its nation to worldwide aid after the disaster, unlike Myanmar/ Burma, and China is making changes in public relations before the Olympics. The torch may be absent in Myanmar/ Burma.
