when you know when you have a good boss
 hi alljust out off the blue i recieved a salary increase from 10% yestrday i see it like this i negotiate every year my contract and sign it if i acsept the conditions I don't winge about it later on because i've never been forced to sign  ( few other people do winge after they signed here in this company)but it's verry nice and it shows a good boss when he appriciate your work and don't let it go unnoticed i do have to say that i did secure a new project and broker very good conditions for our company but still then that's part of my job all by all this week is a happy one for me cheers Robert-Jan |
