I dont know much but i know one thing , that pollution norms in our country are there...

just like in europe we have euro I , euro II or sometimes euro III standards...

In India similarly BS I , BS II standards are there...

Also,

India is a global player along with some countries for cutting amount of green house gases... as Indian climate is also affected much...

Regards,

Simran..

I would give 'odds' that it will be selling at a lot more than £1200GBP in 12 months time.

I suspect the £1200 is a 'promo' price.

Hi,

can you read this line in the following page:

" He is the richest man in the UK and the fifth richest person in the world, with a personal fortune of US$51.0 billion according to Forbes magazine. "

Simran..
It is a public relations game. It is expensive to build a car that meets modern pollution standards. To keep people happy the makers tell people that the cars meet the standard. What they are not saying is that the standard they are meeting is out of date. The cars will not meet modern euro standards.

The blurbs about this car only said it meet norms. It did not say it meet a standard. Who knows?

Although it is a simple car, it is a modern design. That would be a good thing.
