I am pretty sure I have done the most damage with Vi whilst in terminal. "Pretty sure" since the last episode was enough of a master stroke I could not gather enough evidence post mortem to point fingers.

emacs over a overloaded dsl connection on a piddly little machine
or vi while trying to edit 15 source code files on a 23" LCD panel That said, I'd probably have to go through more contortions if emacs were to suddenly vanish from existance, so emacs it is. |
