Been some time on this project,

I had a setback, I had a Bridge Rectifier Fail in a Dead short, very strange but rendered some problems, So I have to rebuild my Volt meter Sense section.

    So here is my progress,

Got the Cap Bank built, (4) very large 700VAC Caps in parallel. A little tricky figuring out how to mount them, but I think this works well.

Got the 30Amp EMI filter setup and installed.

Also installed a set of MOV's for my house's protection

Made a remote ground for the main plug, if I go a place that does not have the ground connected on there plug, I will know this for my ground waring light will illuminate.

I installed a set of binding posts to allow for remote warning device connection, as in my large police light

    The front all finished.

And here is everything all wired! what a project getting everything to fit, as you can tell there is very little room.

You can see the caps in the lower right.

So there is one little rascal of a problem thought, there is a 30V reference between the rack and earth ground, so when you connect ground, it will short 30Amp at 30V to ground and trip the breaker.

Eh, now the fun part of trying to find out what the heck is doing this.....

So got the wheels on the project, now that I think of it I should have dine this as my first step haha, For getting a 200lbs box up on wheels was not fun and took some creative use of leavers

I also built it to insulate the wheels from the Chassis Ground.

The temporary back, I plan to make a Plexi back for it with a slight tint.

Made a Side hook for hanging the power cord and remote cord.
    Small update,

My remote control now has a quick disconnect plugin for in the event someone trips over the cable, it will pop out and shut down the system.

Small magnet mount for a cheap harbor freight meter if needed.

So here is my next question, I have a 30 min timer assembly, Should I install it as a safety? that way if I leave the box on or fall on the switch and get knocked out the power will be killed automatically.

Also installed a 2Amp fuse (to the left ) to protect the Control circuit.
    Video of the completed project,
