Seeing as how you don't have the unit currently, or understand anything about how it takes it's measurements, the answer is no.
You might be able to do what you want, but it would take a decent scope and some time with it open to figure it out.

arduino newbie!!!
hi all im new to arduino, i have my first atmega1280 coming and am already thinking of ways to do whats needed. im trying to make a conductivity meter for the arduino to read. i was thinking could i take this apart

could it be connected to the arduino and read the result off of it?
