Blueprint	PIC Tutorials, Projects, Source etc... I know many people ask for tutorials... but I think it'd be better if you listed more than ONE site with tutorials in your sticky (2 domains, one site). Even though it's a mediocre site, I have found some other sites which may help a few people.
