Sorry i made a mistake the battery is HGL7,2-12

Is there any low cost way to charge 24V- 40 amps Lead acid batteries from Wind Mill producing 100V to 200V : three phase AC : Total power will be @ 1000 watts

Find a 12V wall adapter. Connect it up to the battery. calculate how long it will take to charge it in hrs.(ampereage of the battery divided by wall adapter). Do not worry about overcharging, once the battery is full the adapter will trickle charge it.

Have you tried Google?

You can also buy single phase SMPes that can be paralleled. You buy three of them and connect the inputs in delta and parallel the outputs.
