I don't see any problem with the word help as such, just when it's the only word in the thread title.

Maybe do a spell check of the post and if more than 30% of the words are misspelled, then the post is deleted automatically.

Hey, that isn't too bad of an idea. Although I am sure the load on the server would be a bit greater. This has my vote (assuming the server can handle the load)

I always get SPAM messages in my email from bots that have the subject as: Dear Friend... Can you Help me?

Of course I would get 5 other ones at the same time >=(

Then block your email from the public. I have had my gmail account for over 3 years now, and i have only gotten ONE spam message before. That was over 2 years ago. I have never gotten spam since.
