Default suggestion for circuit to limit o/p voltage

Hi, may u suggest a circuit that....
output voltage will oscillate btw 0 to +5V. So circuit wil not able to provide any voltage higher than +5V or lower than 0 V.It help to protect the PIC.
The input voltage wil range from -2.5 to 10 V.

does unity gain buffer circuit can achieve it ? Noninverting amp?
